There is a form under "contacts" on this site for you to use. I will need:
1. your name, both first and last
2. Contact number (this can be your work number but must be the main switchboard number)
3. and your provider references. (where they advertise and how to contact them-please bear in mind that I use email or pm to contact them also)
There are many ways to screen you so if your form is sent to me as complete as you can make it, I will do my best with the information you have provided. Be honest. If you are not, that alone is reason for me to refuse to see you.
To those of you that do not have references, I strongly suggest joining a screening service such at Preferred411 or Roomservice2000.
I can also do "work verification" on select people.
